Located in Beverly Hills, Honor Wines and Spirits specializes in excellent California wines and a collection of spirits hand-selected by the beverage team at Hillstone Restaurant Group. The shop is located next door to two of Hillstone’s restaurants, with an interior cut-through for a seamless integration. I selected bold, utilitarian typography for an approachable look and a vintage palm tree illustration to tie the shop to its neighborhood.
Both restaurants next door waive the corkage fee for bottles bought at the shop, so I developed a simple branded tape to signify recent purchases.
To draw attention back toward the cooler, I designed a painted metal sign and collaborated with local sign painter Richard Ankrom to produce it.
