I chose the Western Hercules Beetles as my inspiration when designing packaging and identity for Hercules beer. The beetle is found only in Arizona, where the beer is brewed, and its impressive strength led to a design where the beetle was literally lifting up the logo. The beer comes in smaller bottles but has a high alcohol content, taking its cue from the beetle and inspiring the phrase strong beer. small package. The bottles are color coded based on the beer variety.
