My drawings and lithographs are written in a language of personal signs and symbols which represent myself and my experiences. This abstracted language assisted me in producing images that express my won identity in a manner left open to personal interpretation. My collection of turn of the century cabinet cards provided source material and inspiration for the visual style of the series.
